Registration for the 2025 - 2026 opens Monday, August 4, 2025.

To Register your child/children, in paper please fill the forms below, and return to the parish office along with your payment.

The Fees are:

Kinder - 5th: $50 per family

First Communion - plus $15

CYM & SHOCK Grades 6th-12th - $25

Confirmation- plus $25

No family pays more than $100.

Pre-Confirmation is for students in the 9th Grade,11, 12 SHOCK Youth Ministry
