Registration for 2026 - 2027

To Register your child/children, please fill out the forms below, and return to the parish office along with your payment.

The Fees are:

Kinder - 5th: $50 per family

First Communion - plus $15

CYM & SHOCK Grades 6th-12th - FREE

Confirmation- $50 per year (2 year committment) 10th grade and above.

No family pays more than $100

Pre-Confirmation is for students in the 9th grade unless they are off track. Call Maira (Myra) for details.

Please Note:  Late registration fees $30
